Project description

The ideal living environment for a young family

First buy an apartment, then later – with more capital – purchase a house. That was the young family's initial plan for homeownership. But when comparing apartment listings with the fixed prices of our prefabricated houses, they quickly realized they didn't need to take the detour via an apartment; they could build a house right away.

The clients envisioned a plot of land that offered ample space for their two children to play. They found the perfect spot in an idyllic village on a hillside, boasting fantastic views of the village and the surrounding area. The layout of our "Bellissima" house design, with its 5.5 rooms, particularly appealed to the family. Working closely with the architect, the cozy single-family home was adapted to the slope and personalized by the clients. The front door was simply lowered by one level – to the same height as the garage and basement. The utility room is located right next to the entrance. The basement also includes a large storage room. A cleverly positioned staircase leads to the two upper floors, which reflect the basic concept of the compact house.
On the ground floor, where the family enjoys spending time together, the first thing that catches the eye is the black kitchen island. It stands out elegantly against the light-colored floor tiles, which create a spacious feel in the open-plan kitchen, dining room, and living area. The floor-to-ceiling windows enhance the sense of spaciousness and flood the interior with light. From here, the children can jump out into the garden, where a large lawn beckons them to play and romp around. A storage room, a guest WC, and an office – which can also accommodate overnight guests – complete the perfect layout for a family. The parents' bedroom and two children's bedrooms are located on the upper floor. White paneling and wood-effect laminate flooring lend the rooms under the pitched roof a cozy atmosphere. Unlike the original plans for the "Bellissima" house design, the bathroom for the family of four is more generously sized. Gray ceramic tiles have been laid in the wet area, giving the room a modern look. The clients were particularly pleased that virtually everything went smoothly during the construction of their detached house, largely because all work processes were structured and managed by us as the general contractor. Minor adjustments were always carried out to the clients' satisfaction. They are therefore happy to recommend us. Thanks to the guaranteed fixed price for the Atmoshaus the family was able to treat themselves to another highlight shortly after construction was completed: a bright conservatory now nestles seamlessly into their comfortable home. Under a protective glass roof, the family can enjoy the surroundings in every season.

Feedback from F. & S., Bottenwil

"The construction went smoothly, the schedule was met, and the materials and workmanship are of high quality. The site manager took our concerns and questions seriously and explained things in a way that even a layperson could understand. All in all, we can highly recommend Atmoshaus to future homeowners."
