Own home in the countryside

Initially, a couple from the canton of Bern wanted to renovate their house. However, when it turned out that a renovation would cost the same as building a new home, the couple decided to look for building land for their own house. As managing directors of a gardening company, they wanted a plot with a large garden area, which they planned to landscape themselves. With our support, the couple finally found the perfect property and were able to realize their dream project. Despite a tight schedule and the extensive landscaping they undertook themselves, the construction phase went smoothly. The result is a three-story family home with an inviting garden – exactly as the owners had envisioned.
