Project description

Creativity meets functionality

The desire for more space for family and guests led the owners from the city to the countryside in Niederlenz. The quiet location with good transport links provided the ideal setting for their new home. Another atmoshaus house from the Happy Family be seen in the immediate vicinity in the exterior photos.

From the outset, the collaboration with Atmoshaus characterized by openness and flexibility. Ideas and requests for adjustments were always welcomed and implemented in a solution-oriented manner – even for short-notice decisions. After thoroughly examining references and the house idea park, the family consciously chose the Trento, whose clear structure and well-thought-out room layout perfectly suited their needs.

Personal touches such as the bright corner kitchen with quartzite countertops, the delicate glass stair railing, and the striking concrete-look fireplace give the house its individual character. The fully finished basement offers additional space for guests, playroom, and flexible usage options.

Atmoshaus also demonstrated a keen eye for design in the facade. A creative color suggestion led to a solution that continues to impress not only the building owners but also passersby.

Looking back, the clients describe the construction process as an inspiring collaboration. Their conclusion: Atmoshaus created a personal home that harmoniously combines functionality, design, and living quality.
