This detached house demonstrates how a clear vision can be transformed into a harmonious home. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area forms the heart of the house: flooded with light, spacious, and deliberately minimalist. Flowing transitions, open sightlines, and high-quality materials create a sense of space that facilitates everyday life while simultaneously providing a feeling of security.
From the outset, the design concept was clearly defined. A restrained color scheme with warm tones, black accents, and plenty of wood is consistently applied throughout all the rooms. Tiles were deliberately omitted – seamless surfaces create a sense of calm, clarity, and timeless elegance. Technical solutions such as the integrated sound system were considered early on and are now invisible, yet noticeable in everyday life.
The construction process itself was also characterized by intense moments and clear decisions.
