This 5.5-room detached house is a dream come true for the owners: "We've always lived in this community and 12 years ago, we walked past this plot of land with our baby in a stroller. Even back then, we wanted to build a house there, but the landowner wouldn't sell." The couple, with their two children, almost opted for an apartment when they contacted the owner of their dream property again. The "Trento" house design served as the basis for the architecture and floor plan, but with more windows and wider staircases. At the young family's request, we replaced the brick balustrade at the top of the stairs with a glass railing at the very last minute during construction.
