Project description

Based on our "Vista" house design, this family of four realized their dream of owning their own home. "We were particularly pleased with the consultation," the homeowners stated. "We were able to visit many Atmoshaus houses beforehand, and the construction went according to plan." The family's new home is located near the Olten transport hub in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. The homeowner, a software engineer, works from home and therefore didn't want a run-of-the-mill house, but rather a property that perfectly matched his wishes and expectations.

The double carport, built onto the side of the building, offers ample space for the owner's vehicles as well as for guests' cars in the driveway. The house is accessed via the carport on the ground floor. The entrance area is separated from the open-plan living/dining room and kitchen by a partition wall. Practical built-in wardrobes keep the entryway tidy, from which a shower room and a guest room are accessible. The living area opens onto the garden. Floor-to-ceiling French doors offer unobstructed views of the expansive, green landscape. When the windows are open, the living space seamlessly connects to the partially covered outdoor area with its patio and pool. The modern kitchen, with its glossy, light-colored surfaces, provides plenty of storage and workspace for culinary creations. Those who prefer to simply watch the cook can comfortably do so at the breakfast bar or the nearby dining table. The residents' private quarters are located on the upper floor. Each of the two children and the couple has a spacious bedroom. Two of the bedrooms have access to the balcony. The elegant bathroom with separate shower and bathtub offers ample space for all four residents and, thanks to its spacious design, ensures a stress-free morning rush. The house is heated with an air-to-water heat pump and has a partial basement. The basement houses the utility room and laundry facilities.
