For the owner of this house, it's not his first home. He
sold an existing house after renovating it to build a new one. "A detached house with a garden and enough
space for vehicles was important to me," says the owner. Thanks to our network, we were able to find the perfect plot of land with good highway access for the young homeowner. The new building was designed with a timeless style so that it could be easily resold at a later date. The two-story building has a full basement and an open attic, which adds a cozy touch to the bedrooms of this classic house.
