Rural setting, close to a recreational area, well-connected to public transport, and shopping facilities right on their doorstep: this is how the clients defined the perfect location for their future home. They found all of this in this semi-detached house in our development. The homeowners can enjoy outdoor sports without any travel time, and a grocery store just around the corner caters to their needs. Thanks to the desired adjustments to the building plans, the clients' dream home became a reality. Because they wanted to truly live their dream of homeownership, they wished to be involved in the interior finishing themselves. Their wish was our command.
As a first step, the floor plans of the rooms, kitchen, and adjoining living area were modified to create more space for cooking. It was particularly important to the homeowners that sufficient storage space for the necessary kitchen appliances was provided. In the open and light-filled living room, the homeowners now fully enjoy their hobby. In addition to the customized bathroom design, we quickly converted the originally planned balcony above the patio into a porch. The homeowners are full of praise here as well: the plans were always adapted to their wishes without any complications. According to the homeowners, this also applies to the front door porch. As requested, it is now framed by a wooden structure.
The fact that the homeowners feel so comfortable in their house has another reason, too. The concrete-covered parking area also contributes to this. The canopy protects the vehicles parked in front of the house from rain, snow, and hail. Thanks to a second entrance, the residents can access the house directly from the parking area. The owners appreciate not having to cross the basement. But that's not all. The homeowners have transformed the top of the parking area canopy into a second seating area lined with flowerpots. From there, they enjoy a wonderful view.
