Modern & light-flooded gem on the hillside

The plot of land seemed ideal: a wonderful panoramic view, enough space for a house with a garden, and located a short distance from the clients' workplaces. The "Blickfang" house concept with a conservatory appealed to them from the very first glance in the brochure. Our ability to realize individual wishes immediately convinced the couple.
The plans were drawn up, walls and staircases moved millimeter by millimeter on the plan until the rooms were laid out exactly as the clients envisioned: bright, open, and spacious. Although our house concept from the brochure is still recognizable from the outside, the house boasts a distinctive architecture. One corner of the house is extensively glazed across both floors, showcasing the panoramic view. Apart from a storage room behind the kitchenette and a small guest bathroom, the ground floor is designed as a single open space. Only a fireplace visually separates the living area from the dining area and kitchen. The terrace and conservatory are also accessible from here. Depending on the weather, the two residents enjoy the unobstructed view of the surroundings either from the open sky or from the sheltered conservatory.
A double-height space extends to the upper floor. The open gallery with a small writing nook leads to the bedroom with its floor-to-ceiling corner windows. One could almost imagine sleeping directly in nature. An adjoining dressing room, a bathroom with a freestanding bathtub, and another separate room complete this house, making it a perfect gem.
Before the homeowners could enjoy their dream house, they faced a rather unique challenge. A spring flows through the property – but no one knew exactly where. The neighbor, however, insisted on his right to the spring. Nevertheless, we were able to obtain a building permit. The condition: the spring could not be damaged. With the final groundbreaking, precisely this happened. We professionally resolved the problem and presented a solution that quickly calmed the homeowners' anxieties. A channel was constructed, and thus the neighbor finally gained access to the spring.
In their completed house on the hillside, the residents now enjoy every corner in peace and quiet. Another hobby of the two men also finds its place on the property: their passion for cars. The double garage with outdoor parking spaces and the double carport offer a total of space for eight vehicles. Even the garage roof is put to good use: vegetables grow there. While one homeowner enjoys tending to the greenery as a way to unwind from his job, the vegetables end up in the pot of the other homeowner – he's a chef.
