The young family had long dreamed of owning their own home. However, they couldn't find what they were looking for with any general contractor in their region – until they came across our company while searching for building land. They soon found the perfect house model. The construction phase of the nature-inspired house with its shed roof wasn't entirely straightforward due to the sloping terrain. But in the end, the effort was well worth it.
Today, the house, which includes a basement, offers the family of four ample space for both socializing and privacy. The ground floor, divided by the centrally located staircase, comprises the spacious living area, dining area, and kitchen. The classic white upper and lower cabinetry creates a stylish contrast with the black granite countertop and the chalkboard on the wall – a highlight for all ages. The soft wood tones of the flooring, which extends throughout the house, including the kitchen, create a warm and inviting atmosphere and a connection to nature, which is ever-present thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows. A guest WC and a small office complete the ground floor layout.
A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, which houses the family's private quarters. A small gallery offers a view of a window and the living room below. White-paneled ceilings create a feeling of coziness. Two bright, generously sized children's rooms invite play and romping around – and offer plenty of space to grow. Opposite is the master bedroom with its own dressing room and access to the shared bathroom. Despite this, the room, which includes a toilet, double vanity, spacious walk-in shower, and bathtub, still feels spacious enough to avoid feeling cramped. Natural earth tones continue upstairs, for example, in the brown floor tiles and dark mosaic accents in the bathroom, and in the vintage-style flooring that enhances the master bedroom. Large windows with views of the surrounding greenery make the house a nature-inspired haven.
