Happiness means something different to everyone; however, for most, a beautiful home is a good reason to be happy and content. And those who also find an exclusive hillside location with a view for their home are certainly blessed with good fortune.
The residents of this property have even fulfilled their dream of owning a swimming pool. It's easy to imagine that a holiday feeling arises right at home when the family relaxes by the pool in summer or hosts a garden party with guests.
The building is accessed on the upper floor, on the hillside, either through the main entrance by the large front yard or directly through the spacious double garage. Once inside, the eye is drawn to the living area with its open-plan kitchen, situated half a level below. Long bands of windows above bring light into the gallery-like entrance area. Large sliding windows create seamless transitions from the living room to the large terrace, which offers idyllic views of the valley. The right-hand wall of the comfortable seating area is also generously glazed. This floods the house with light and provides a view of the garden and pool. The kitchen, too, benefits from natural light thanks to its ribbon windows and offers all modern conveniences. Next to the kitchen, a door leads to a room that can be used as a study or guest room. The private quarters are located one floor below: three bright rooms, two of which have direct access to the garden. The largest room features almost floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides, seamlessly integrating the garden and surrounding landscape into the living experience. The second room, on the valley side of the house, has its own dressing room and direct access to the large bathroom. This bathroom, also accessible from the anteroom, is luxuriously appointed with a double vanity, shower cubicle, toilet, and bathtub. An additional separate toilet is also available on this floor. Next to the third room, a door leads to an almost 20-square-meter room on the hillside, ideally suited for use as a cellar. Adjacent to this is the laundry room, which also houses the building's technical equipment. This exclusive house, therefore, offers a spacious and well-designed layout with every comfort in a prime location.
