Team Leader/Planning & Project Management New Buildings

Looking for a responsible key role with direct influence on projects and processes? Do you want to be involved from the very beginning?

This is what needs to be done
  • Professional and personnel management of our planning team
  • Overall responsibility for demanding residential construction projects from development to the start of construction
  • Control of costs, deadlines and quality throughout the entire planning phase
  • Close collaboration with clients, authorities, specialist planners and contractors
  • Further development and quality assurance of our planning processes
These are your skills and strengths
  • Several years of experience in project management of residential buildings, ideally in the general contractor/turnkey construction environment
  • Experience in leading and developing teams
  • Safety in dealing with authorities and complex planning processes
  • Ability to manage projects holistically and entrepreneurially
  • Maintaining an overview and clear priorities, even when dealing with parallel topics
  • Communicative personality with a structured, clear and assertive work style
  • Training as a technician HF in building planning and architecture or comparable
  • ArchiCAD knowledge is an advantage
